Jonathan Mendoza was raised in the Inland Empire. He graduated from John W. North High School in Riverside, California. He then attended and graduated from Riverside Community College. Thereafter, wanting to explore a new setting, he attended the University of California, Irvine where he majored in Social Ecology. Knowing that he wanted to be an advocate for the people he interned at the Orange County Public Defender. He then came back to his home community and attended law school at the University of La Verne, College of Law in Ontario, California. Needless to say, he was eager in becoming a zealous advocate for the people in his community.
